What happens if a generation fails?+
If any AI generation fails or encounters an error, your credit is immediately restored to your workspace balance — automatically, no need to contact support.
How do pooled credits work for Teams?+
Your workspace has one shared credit pool. Any team member spending a credit draws from that pool. Buy more seats, get more pooled credits (150 per seat).
Do top-up credits expire?+
No. Top-up credits never expire and roll over month to month indefinitely. Subscription credits reset monthly.
Can I own multiple workspaces?+
